Your Right to Deletion
At DROMOS PRO, we respect your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your data, you can:
- Send an email to info@dromos.pro with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
- Include your account email address and full name in the request
What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete:
- Your account profile and credentials
- Personal identification information
- Usage data associated with your account
- Any stored preferences or settings
Data Retention
Some data may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
